I assume you want the listing agent's info so you can get a better deal on the house. You need to understand that the listing agent has a duty to the seller to get them the most money for the house, so it's a conflict of interest to also try to get you the best deal. Also, the seller pays the commission to the buyers agent. If their is no buyers agent, the seller gets the entire commission, they don't take that off the price of the home.

You might be better off working with an agent to represent your best interest on your transaction.

Good luck,

Hey Maoj,

This property isn't listed for sale with an address or on The MlS so we don't know what house it is. . You will need your own agent to try to get the owners agree to sell prior to foreclosure or contact the bank that has the foreclosure.
If you need help, just let me know. There is another property that's a match and could be the same house and it is currently in escrow and listed at $995,000. I'd be happy to show that house to you but It is 200k more than the foreclosure.
