2100 Eagle is not for sale....but if you are interested in other properties on this street, 2110 Eagle was just foreclosed last month, so it may soon be listed for sale in a couple of months. That property is a single family home.

There is another property on Eagle that is in pre-foreclosure stage when they received a Notice of Default in March 2009. However, the owner may be able to cure that default through other means like forbearance, loan reinstatement, loan modification, or even a short sale instead of going through foreclosure or bankruptcy.

If you are interested in residential income properties in Alameda, as of this writing, there are 23 properties for sale, ranging from a duplex listed at $435K to a 16-unit apartment building listed for $2,345,000.

Here's the breakdown:
17 with 2 units, could be duplexes or two houses on one lot
2 triplexes
1 four-plex
1 five-plex
1 8-units
1 16 units

How may I help?

This property is 3 units (triplex) according to county records. According to the info in the multiple listing service it is not for sale or has been sold with an agent. Are you interested in purchasing this property if it is for sale? I can research further to see if it is going into foreclosure.
Have a great weekend.
