Can a real estate agent be guilty if they take the client to show a home for sale without notify the seller?

Most, if not all Realtors, do not want to show up unannounced.

Out of professional courtesy, a Realtor should always call the occupant of the home or the listing agent prior to showing, unless the home is vacant and the showing instructions state it can be shown at any time.
