My wife is an advanced math teacher at FCA and we live right down the road. It is a very close knit school from the administration to the faculty to the students. I know that the students there are extremely well rounded and there is no doubt it would be a great environment for a youngster to grow in. It is a small Christian school so the reputation is still growing as far as recognition from colleges and universities who will analyze the applicants credentials. All in all, I would have no hesitancy whatsoever about sending my son or daughter there. FCA gives them the tools they need- the kids just have to take advantage of it.
My nephew attends that school and my sister really likes it there. They live very close to one of the top public schools in Georgia, but she chose to send him there. They have been very pleased so for. The school is going through some changes...updates and additions. However, as far as private schools go, they do have sports teams and activities. Their football team did really well last year.
