Are you allowed, in Foxfield Village, to park in your driveway, if it is preventing other people to be abl to pull in to their garages?

According to the CCR's, you can park in the street and in the driveway. You cannot park your car in the street overnight. For more information on the neighborhood, visit:

You are able to park in your driveway, but not in the street. And you can not block anyone else's driveway. I hope that helps you make your decision on this one. Have you pulled the trigger yet?

Those townhomes over in Foxfield Village can get pretty tight. But I believe your driveway is your driveway. The only way to know for sure is to check your HOA. Or better yet, contact the head of the HOA and discuss the issue with them.

When I was selling a place over there a year or so ago we did have a parking issue to work through. It's just part of the deal. Good luck and let me know what you find.
