This home is for lease at $10,500 and is also listed for sale at $1.85 million. If you are searching for a home to purchase or lease, we would be happy to assist you.

A realtor will ensure that you have the best negotiating position for your transaction and will provide the information and guidance you need to make a knowledgable decision. It is not uncommon for people to believe that they might some how get a better deal from a seller by working directly with the seller's agent. The seller's agent has a legally binding commitment (fiduciary) to their client and cannot effectively represent you at the same time as a buyer. It's a conflict of interest that can cost you money. Please let me know how The Brooks Team can help you with your home search. We provide the exclusive representation you need for results!

Compared to the $1.85 million price tag, the lease itself at $10,500 is actually rather cheap. Normally you would be looking at around $16,000 to $19,000 per month for this price range.

nothing wrong with it--it's a lease which slipped by even though leases are not listed here.

That is the monthly rent. The property is for sale for $1,850,000.
