I have a home for sale in Holland within 1 mile of Springfield schools. Home features 3 BR; 2 living

rooms; a full size eat in kitchen and a full working kitchenette; 1 bath with oversized tub and shower; a sunken family room with a corner cobblestone woodburing fireplace and 13' vaulted ceiling. Home also features a detached 3 car garage completely wired and walls finished in tongue an groove panels. Partially fenced yard with privacy deck right off back entrance. Home also features 3 exterior entrances. Is there anywhere on this site that I can list my home for sale or is there a membership fee to do so? Also, what criteria should I use to price it? Just want to see if our information is comparagle to yours. Thanks for your time!

Although Trulia doesn't appear to have these options available to you, I do have access to some websites that I can help you post the information on your property to the Internet. Since almost 90% of buyers use the Internet to search for houses, you are correct in your attempt to market the house online. In conjunction with marketing, pricing your house right is definitely the key to selling in today's market. Not only is it important to look for comparable sales, but it is just as important to know all of the competition. Let me know if I can be of any help!

Jeff seems to be correct with regards to posting on this site, I only see areas for agents to post listings. With regards to pricing your home, that it going to be impossible without actually looking at your home to see what type of condition it is in, what upgrades & improvements that you have made, and so forth. I'm sure that Jeff or I could help guide you in the right direction. Also, by using an agent to assist in selling your home, you are going to get an amazing amount of visibility versus trying it on your own. Because of the buyer's market, fewer people are trying to sell on their own; they realize that it just makes more sense to have a professional take care of the marketing of the property, as well as the paperwork, scheduling, and everything else that is involved.

Theresa - the only spot I see to post listings is for agents. As a full time Realtor, that's what I use. So unfortunately I can't help you with that aspect. However, if you would like some help pricing the house, I can certainly do that and I have some information that may help you in selling.
