O Arslander,

Try this manager:

Marty Seldin - 303-399-2727. He has done a good job for some of my other clients.

be very very careful. We are w/ a company that is the largest in the Denver metro area and we are getting burned. Please read your contract and make sure all is understood and agreed upon. Once you sign with them, you are , in essence, giving them all rights to your property. They can then do whatever they choose to do. As we are finding out. You have very few rights. The tenant placed in your home has more rights then you do. So- be very cautious. If you can rent it out yourself you would be better off. Believe me. We signed on with them for 1 yr of service and they went and signed a tenant on to lease our house for 2 yrs. We NEV ER signed anything to that nature or agreed upon that. So- we are now in a huge mess. And our cintract was crystal clear. They
