Hi Nadine,

This house is for sale, but another buyer is already in the process of buying it. This other buyer had their offer accepted by the seller just a few days ago on 3/27. The listed price at that time was only $59,900, but there is no way to know that the accepted price, terms and conditions are. The sold price you see listed on was the balance that was owed to the bank when it was foreclosed on, but most sites translate this as a sale, because ownership transferred from a private seller to a bank, but this was only a trustee sale foreclosure record.

Nadine, I just checked the property on MLS and it shows pending!

I am very familiar with the home auctions and have attended with several buyers! There is some success there however if the bid is too low even if they accept it they may decline a couple days later. I have found it much less stressful to make offers on homes prior too the auction or other homes available not going for auction.

Feel free to contact me if you would like any information and an accurate list of homes available.

You can go to the Auction Company's web site an check to see if they have this address on their list of homes to be auctioned. If it is, they will have details for you.

Here is one auction company's site
