Hello Ace,

This property is a foreclosure and needs some cosmetic repairs but is priced $40,000 below the city assessment. The yearly tax for 2008/2009 was $1646.40. There is no homeowners association. It is located in the Western Branch area of Chesapeake close to Western Branch High School. You would have to physically go to the property to determine if the noise level/neighborhood suits your needs. Let me know if you need any further information or would like to preview it (if you are not currently working with a realtor). Also give me an idea of what you are looking for in your next home and I can email you additional properties. RobinG@ExitRealtySpecialist.com

Ace,

That's a great price as it's a corporate owned property, but it does state it needs minor cosmetic repairs. That’s a subjective statement as I’ve shown properties that state “TLC” but parts of the ceiling is falling down, while other truly need nothing more than new faucets, paint, and cleaned carpets.

The only way to be certain about the condition of any property is to physically preview it so if you’re not currently working with a Realtor, feel free to contact me thru my website and Ill be happy to email you a list of every property currently for sale. There’s several other bank owned properties, one of which is a 3 bedroom townhome in Glenleigh priced at $117,900! It offer 50 square feet more than the Radcliffe property and is 6 years newer.

Anyway, here's a direct link to my website, and please provide any additional info about your needs; if schools are important, maximum desired monthly payment, etc.

As always, I never charge my clients a fee to help them find and purchase a home, so feel free to call on me any time!
