That's a great price as it's a corporate owned property, but it does state it needs minor cosmetic repairs. Thatâ€™s a subjective statement as Iâ€™ve shown properties that state â€œTLCâ€ but parts of the ceiling is falling down, while other truly need nothing more than new faucets, paint, and cleaned carpets.
