Hi Matt,
I can't speak to the actual units as I've not seen them and they don't seem to be on the MLS. That location, however, is not the best. There is constant traffic from the Lincoln Tunnel. That street is basically an extension of the exit ramp and one of the primary entrances to Hoboken and to reach the Holland Tunnel when traffic at the Lincoln is backed up. Also, keep in mind that having a 'gentleman's club' as your next door neighbor may seriously hinder the marketability of your property when you go to sell.

A little punctuation wouldn't go amiss. Reading that was painful.

Sorry, Claude, but you know not of what you speak. When was the last time you visited Hoboken or drove through the Lincoln Tunnel? Did you know that NJ has very few 'gentlemen's clubs' because a bar owner has to choose between a liquor license and nudity? NJ law doesn't let them have both. Today's Hoboken has upscale bars and restaurants. Not a single topless bar in town. It's nothing like it was 50 years ago or even 10. You might actually come visit and know the facts before you make misleading statements about my home town & market.

PS - I've shown the units and the interiors are lovely. The Lincoln Tunnel is not going to be "pedestrian only" in our lifetime!
