Viewed this with a client 2 weeks ago , they were in there with a crew, painting, etc. new carpet updating a little, the cabinets were being painted but are still old cabinets, could use with new cabinets also in master and the upstairs bedrooms, If you have noticed in new home construction the cabinets are higher , by about 4 inches so now , I am so used to the higher ones that they really really look little to me. but would be great for kids, would not need a stool to reach the sink !
The master seemed small, but there was certainly room to do an addition on the back for a new master down, the land acreage is .96 of an acre , so huge, backs up to the Houston high football practice field and so very large with an easement. Certainly possibilities here, on a curve that kids speed on is issue for kids on bikes - it is an "as is" sale, -Patty
Yes, it is a foreclosure, but seems to be price under market. I have been in the house in the past - nice floor plan, irrigation system with a pool. Most of the homes in the immediate area with that sq ft. go in the mid $400's and up.
Hope this helps!
