Shana, we're up and running here in Atlanta! Check out the homes in the Atlanta area that are currently available under this program at http://www.andpi.org.

Although there was a large information session held here in Atlanta today for everyone interested in this program, there will be another one on April 18, 2009, 10:00 a.m. - 12 noon at the Fulton County Atrium. Pre-registration is not required.

This session will provide the basic information on purchasing a home under this program. According to the information provided at the session, the program is available to a wide variety of buyers -- especially first-time buyers -- as long as the home purchased under this program becomes the primary residence of the homebuyer.

For more information about how to take advantage of NSP funds in the Atlanta area, or for more information about the upcoming NSP information session, contact the Atlanta Neighborhood Partnership Development folks at 404-522-2637. Hope that helps!
