Yes, I have had a very bad experience. They took my money and sold me bogus leads from people who had never inquired about a loan or home purchase. Usually the names were not the same as the corresponding phone numbers. Run don't walk away from this scam. Sue Pantages
Yes, I totally got scammed and my credit card company says I need to have another "reputable merchant," write a complaint on their letter head and maybe my company will reconsider refuning me the money.
All the leads were bogus. Will you contact me?
Thanks everyone for your answers. I didn't do it, and I'm very wary of anyone who calls on the phone now with a great deal on leads. Not sure how to react about things like this when they come along. Hard to know which ones are good and which ones are bad. Any thoughts?
It's a scam. No doubt about it. Moneytree Lending is now operating as "Nationwide Financing" with the same address and phone number in Canoga Park, Ca. I checked with the Office of the Attorney General in California, and evidently neither entity has a license to do business in California. Kristin
