Michael Bald…, Home Buyer in 65631

Why do I see my house listed on your website??

Asked by Michael Baldwin, 65631 Mon Feb 16, 2009

It is NOT for sale and most definately is NOT in forclosure or pre-forclosure. Remove it immediately or I will sue your company!

Michael,

I noticed your home was on the market until a few months ago. I'm not sure exactly where Trulia gets their listings, but I think they pull their properties from other websites. You should probably contact your previous listing agent to make sure he or she has removed your listing from all other websites where they might have been marketing your home during your listing period.

Michael,

I don't actually work for Trulia, I'm just a Realtor that answers general questions about Real Estate through their website. If you're wanting to contact someone at Trulia you might try this email address: customerservice@trulia.com, I don't have anything to do with the listings that appear on their site (unless they're my own). Sorry for any confusion.

Ricquel, Thank you for your response. I pulled my house off the market in October. My 2nd agent also pulled it off the multi-list at that time. My 1st agent, Assist-2-sell, had kept it up and running, still taking phone calls on it up into January, even though I pulled it from them & switched to Murney in Mid-October.
Regardless, please remove my house immediately from this website.
Thanks!
