As the previous agents have instructed go to: http://www.brevardpropertyappraiser.com and see who owns the house. Sometimes the bank does and it will come up as a foreclosure [eventually] on MLS. If it is still owned by the Owner you can see what he paid for it and what the current evaluation of the home is. I would then call a Realtor (preferably me) and get a CMA for that home. Call me for details as to the next step. If it is already on the market (with a Real Estate firm), it is your option to work with whomever you want. Hopefully you have been working with ONE REALTOR who understands your wants, pocketbook and needs (and who you have faith in). Working with a Realtor will be a great advantage to you as he/she can guide you. through the process and negotiate the best price for you. Hope that answers your question. Call me anytime. 321-432-1993 Peri Kiros. Good Luck!
All Brevard County Real Estate Records can be found at their website which is http://www.brevardpropertyappraiser.com and is open to everyone. Hope this helps.
