Hello Calvin,

There are foreclosure attorneys that specialize in various aspects of foreclosure. I run a foreclosure consulting firm and our goal is to educate, service, and assist Homeowners/ Attorneys in foreclosure related litigation. I may be able to refer you to the right attorney.

We synthesize multiple disciplines of real estate, banking, commercial law, economics, pre-trial procedure, and the trial process into a step-by-step strategy for success.

Each homeowner needs are different and that depends on the situation they're in.

Some homeowners may need to file a lawsuit based on Securitization, where as another client may need to challenge the trustee's authority to foreclose or stall the post foreclosure eviction.

We create strategy options and alternatives for you as a homeowner to maneuver over the rough waters of foreclosure and post-foreclosure litigation.

Please feel free to contact me if you need more information.

As a Realtor, broker, and professional real estate representative here at Orange County, I am also an attorney licensed by the Californis state bar association #69137. I am able to refer you to experienced real estate attorneys.

I like Barbara's answer to this question. Cummins and White attorneys have positive real estate experience and reputation.

I very highly recommend Fred Sainick of Sainick and Whitney in Fashion Island, Newport Beach Ca. He is smart, thoughtful, thorough and ethical. Your best interests are well looked after if you engage Fred Sainick on your behalf. I have known him and done buisness with him for more than 20 years. He is my hands down best choice for real estate legal advice and representation.
