If the Buyers home inspection report recommends a further electical inspection needed. Should seller pay?

This is all contract specific, but in most contracts, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for ALL inspections, including further recommended evaluations and inspections by another inspector. That's why it's so important to complete your home inspection as soon as possible following your contract binding date. That way you'll have plenty of time to complete every inspection you may feel you need to make the best decision on continuing with the home purchase.
