Hi Brad,

Adams Farm offers something for everyone. The community has a club house, pool, tennis and various ponds. Your housing options may consist of townhomes and transitional style housing. A few friends said they enjoyed living in the community.

Good luck!

Hi Brad,

As my colleagues have stated, Adams Farm is consdiered by most as a good neighborhood. There are many amentities to appreciate and the locale puts you in a central area to shopping, many business parks, entertainment, etc... Here is a link I found for the Home owners association. http://www.adamsfarm.org/
This can tell you a little more about the community.

As for the job opportunities, there are new positions coming open regularly. Not to say we haven't had our share of layoffs and terminations, we have. But many companies are moving in this direction as well. Mack Truck and FedEx just to name a few bigger companies.

I would be happy to Complimentary Neighborhood Kit for you. You can request it through my Trulia profile or at the link below.

Brad,
The eternal question. Determinining what makes a good community is very subjective and may vary from one individual to another. Adams Farm is a large 1400+/- home planned unit development (PUD). The neighborhood has a pool and athletic fields that are open to residents but require additional dues. There is a comprehensive walking trail/path throughout the community. Many businesses and stores are immediately adjacent on the south side along High Point Road. It is convenient to schools and employment centers.
I currently have a property listed on Trulia that is located at 12 Printers Lane. It is in spectacular condition and I would encourage you to visit it before making final decision. Adams Farm home owner's association is considered one of the strictest arond, but it has done an excellent job keeping the broader neighborhood in good condition and prices stable.

Brad,
Adams Farm is a very nice community that has plenty of walking/jogging paths, each neighborhood has different amenities. There is a community pool and other recreation facilities and plenty of shopping. It is located just SW of Greensboro. Some is in Jamestown and some in Greensboro. I have some clients in Adams Farm now both buying and selling.
As far as the job search what type of management did you want to pursue. Long ago I was in management for over 20 years. My degree was BS in Business Admin so let me know what your looking for and we can see about the best direction for you to pursue.
If you are not working with an agent yet and you would like to I can enable a free no obligation web account for you to search the entire Triad MLS database.
Feel free to contact me through my profile here on Trulia.

Hope this helps,
