Dear 'Looking in Boston',

never trust an expert to give you his opinion of the value of an art object from the information on the internet! A living space can also be viewed as an art object ... and, in all fairness, no self-respecting expert will give you the price opinion over the internet, as the true answer takes experience plus research work involving data, visual clues, and knowledge of the current market.

If you are interested in buying or selling the property you'll do better by contacting a real estate agent who will work with you, visit the property and suggest a fair price. Good luck!
