Good morning, Ken!

The tax bill for 2008 was $14,677 and it was based on a tax value of $1,126,700. This home has just come on the market on May 11, 2009.

I would love the opportunity to meet next time you are in town to learn more about what you are looking for in a home! Please let me know how I can help, Ken!

Best,

Ken,

The tax value on this property is $1,126,700 and the yearly taxes are:
Mecklenburg County: $9,449.63
City of Charlotte: $5,167..05
Mecklenburg County Solid Waste Fee: $15.00
Charlotte Solid Waste Fee: 15.00
Total: $14,676.66

If you were to purchase this property the taxes would add roughly $1,223.06 a month to your mortgage payment.

If you have we would like to see this property or any other properties in this area I would be happy to show them to you. Our office is right around the corner from this property and we do a lot of business in Eastover (where this home is located) and in Myers Park. I would be happy to answer any questions you have about these neighborhoods or any specific properties in them. Thanks!

Andy

Ken you may not know but the entire county has just gone under a new re evaluation and the new tax value could change significantly especially if the millage rate stays the same. Call me let's look for the perfect home.
