When advertising Ameridream on one of your listings does that typically mean you are willing to pay closing?

closing and then some. ameridream (or genesis, which is cheaper for the seller) is used in combination with fha loans (will your property's condition qualify?). generally, they allow up to 6% in concessions, plus 3% in downpayment assistance. buyers using this are walking in no money down, so they'll want 3% down payment assistance plus 3% or so for closing costs. Never fear, however, you can up the sales price to net the same for the seller - if you can get the appraisal.
