Anyone know about the new development -Renaissance at Beverly Ridge in Chicago, IL?

Asked by Nicole, Illinois Mon Feb 16, 2009

How is that area? It is near 109th and Vincennes. The models look very nice. It seems like a strange place to build new homes. Is that considered Beverly? Any info. would be great.

Run Forrest Run.
Technically I'm pretty sure its Washington Heights. Beyond that it is a wasteland that is highly unlikely to improve any time soon. I drive through there from time to time.
Yes, the houses look nice. If you want to be an urban pioneer, Ok. Otherwise read line 1 again.

Beverly Ridge is Located in the morgan park it is new construction development. If you are looking to buy a property that will be higher in value within the next few years. Beverly ridge would be a good purchase. It is about 1 mile from beverly and is becoming an acquired area mainly because of all of the development being done.

Thjat's Morgan Park, not Beverly. The last time I was on Vinennes in that location it looked like a pretty tough area. There were boarded-up new construction homes and evident signs of gang activity. Investigate carefully.
