HI i am currently in ohio moving to oregon and wanted to purchase a house in oregon. my slary if

significantly smaller now than when i move to oregon , aroung 6 figure difference.
my question is should i wait until i settle in that new job before making a purchase because if i buy now the income that banks will look at is my current salary and not the bigger one
