To know your fair selling price, you should have a market analysis done by an agent providing you with information of like homes in the area. Also, an appraised value is another step. If you are interested in getting your homes value and market time, please let me know I would be happy to meet with you, view your home and do some research to provide you with the latest information and pricing. check out my website or call me. jeanninesells.com 440 341-9100

Your home's fair market value is determined by many factors, condition, location and market conditions being among them. In order to determine a fair list price for your home I would need to know more. However, the best way to decide on a fair selling price is to compare your home to what similar homes in YOUR neighborhood have sold for.

It all depends on where you are located. Have you had a Realtor give you a Market Analysis on your home? This is just one tool I use to help you find the optimum price to sell your home. Many different factions go into finding the right price to list you home for, but in the end, it is only what the buyer is willing to pay. The Medford market has been a slow market, but things when priced right will sell. If you haven't had a Market Analysis, and you don't have a Realtor, contact me. You need to know what the market is doing.
