I assume you are talking about details seen on various websites. If the property is under a listing agreement with a Broker/Realtor, that Realtor and their Broker are the only ones who can actually amend a listing agreement and MLS details under normal circumstances. Should there be an issue taken up with the Board of Realtors concerning incorrect MLS details, they can make changes should the Broker not. However, some websites pull information on an irregular basis and we have no control over their timing. Others like Trulia, the person who entered the listing can make changes as needed even though I've known that to take awhile to show up.
