Please explain. I don't understand your question. Are you asking for an agent to list your property as a short sale? If you are, please be advised that whether you can list your home as a short sale is a question for your mortgage lender. When we list property as "short sale" we first get bank approval to list them short. The bank will determine whether you are considered a short sale or not. Many people feel that because the value of their home is less and it will sell for less than what they paid for it, they would be considered a short sale. This is not necessarily the case. You have to complete information for the bank; including a hardship letter which will determine whether you are a candidate for a short sale. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
