The Villages of Parkwood , A gated family community next to the Villages Retirement Community has a $50/mo Home owner association fee. The fee covers the maintenance and upkeep on The Clubhouse, swimming pool, gated entry, and all common grounds within the community. The Maintenance fees cover the maintenance in the common or public areas, flower beds etc.The bigger cost depending on what house you buy is the Bond.New home bonds right now are very expensive so it is better to buy pre-owned.
