Hi Tia,

Except in a few rare cases, Trulia does not receive listing information from the MLS and the listing information for Toni's listing referenced above, does indeed come from Prudential.

We currently receive information for your listings from Weichert Realtors however it appears that they have corrected the order of the photos they include in their data feed. I'll check to make sure that update is reflected on our site and expect that the display for your listings should be corrected for your listings tomorrow.

I'll also be sure to pass your concerns about managing your own listings to the rest of the Trulia team. In the meantime however please note that Trulia Pro subscribers do have the ability to manage their own listings. They can select which set of listing information we show and also select which website home-buyers are directed to for additional property photos and details. You can learn more about Trulia Pro via the link below.

I disagree. Supposedely these are linked to the MLS. Well, my photos are in the correct order on the MLS, yet I have this problem as well. I would prefer to manage my own listings on Trulia, but unfortunately the broker company trumps my input. Perhaps an improvement should be made.

Hi Toni,

Trulia receives this listing information via a data feed that Prudential sends to us and we currently display the listing photos in the same order in which they are included in that data feed. At this time, if you would like the front house photo to be shown first, please contact Prudential to ensure that this is the first photo listed for this property in the data feed they send to us. Once they update their feed, our display should update accordingly.
