Lisa asks some good questions. If you are looking for foreclosure properties that have completed their redemption period and are for sale by banks. You should be able to search using any southeastern Michigan agent website.

On the other hand, if you are looking for pre-foreclosure properties then you may have to pay a fee. Keep in mind that many of these homes have only received a Notice of Default, and have up to several months to become current again with the bank.

If you are looking for foreclosures in Southeastern Michigan you can visit and receive a free list of area foreclosures. There are no credit cards needed there is never a charge for the list and you can even request a free report that provides some good advice on what to look for when purchasing a foreclosure.

Hope this helps!
