If a semi-custom, single story, lake front pool home with a 3 car garage, fireplace with custom built in shelving, kitchen with large island & corian counters, in a gated neighborhood all within 10 minutes of OIA is right for you, contact me and I will email you photos and more information.
As you can see there are many homes in many price ranges just depending on location, age, and features. A Realtor who specializes in this area can help you best find the right home for you.

I have a large 4/ 2.5 home for sale at 840 Pine Meadows Road, Orlando 32825: 2750 sq ft under air and total 3600 ft, close to 528 and 417 and less than 15 minutes from OIA. It has been very convenient for my husband's travels but he has now been relocated to south florida and we are ready to move. We are only asking $299,900 in hopes of a quick sale. It has waterviews, fireplace, wood floors, and so much more.

What is your budget for such a home?
Celebration is 20 minutes from OIA and a very cool community.

Ok, I have 4 bedrooms, Pool, (fireplace), wood or Tile Flooring -- close proximity to OIA.

As a former OIA employee (TSA), I understand the importance of being close to the airport, especially having to deal with the shuttle.

I have personally done research for myself and other OIA employees, my former colleague's.

The fortunate part is that the surrounding areas of OIA have adjusted downward and can meet the "markets expectations".

There are literally 1,000s of homes to chose from within 10 miles of OIA - when do you want to get started?

Hi Eleanor,

Would you be purchasing your new home with 100% cash? If not, the 1st step to home ownership would be to be preapproved..not prequalified...preapproved. By becoming preapproved, you will know how much home you can afford. What the monthly payments will be? Discuss what your comfort level is on the monthly payments, which would help narrow down how much of a home you'll be willing to afford. You also need to know what the maximum amount of taxes and HOA dues you can afford according to your situation / approval amount. What your interest rate will be. How much closing costs assistance you would need from the Seller to help buy down your rate or go towards your closing costs and prepaids. Will you need or do you qualify for downpayment and closing costs assistance from the state or county? Are you a 1st time home buyer? If so, does the home you choose qualify under the 1st time home buyer programs. All of these questions will help narrow down the type and right home you are looking for. I hope this helps.

If you’d like to start narrowing down some properties matching your criteria, I can email you some listings so you may view from the comfort of your home. If you see a home that has caught you eye and/or possibly interested in any you’ve seen online, I can provide you with additional information regardless of which Realtor it’s listed with, provide a sellers disclosure, and set-up appointment times to view the home(s). Call or email me if you'd like me to guide you in the right direction when it comes to purchasing one of the biggest investments you’ll be making, you need a true professional. I’ll be happy to help.

Make it a great day!

P.S. If you get into a car to go look for homes with a Realtor and he/she doesn't make sure you are preapproved and know the answers to the above questions in order to help YOU... you NEED to find a professional.

Eleanor,
Well that first question I have for you is what are your needs? How many people are in your family, Then how about the size of the home, what square footage or number of rooms, finally how about your budget, what are you comfortable spending.
You have indicated a location near Orlando International, there are a number of of communities,What area are you interested in,newer homes like Lake Nona, or more established communities like Conway.
If you post those needs here I can help your search.
Rick.
