Phil, these three foreclosure properties are the least expensive condos on front beach road in Panama City Beach. They are mls# 504033 (200,000+), 482671 ($69,900), 501133 (195,900)

I hope this helps!!

Phil, the fact that lis pendens has been filed means nothing more than the fact that a lien has been placed against this property--it is not available for sale at this price. Unfortunately, many websites simply upload automatically anything that gets a lien placed on it. The information can be extremely misleading. I was a realty trac agent for a short time, in that I paid for all the foreclosure information for a given zip code. I gave it up because the information that people were calling about was so unreliable and outdated, that it was not helpful. I am not that far from Panama City Beach, so I will see what I can find out about this property. If it in fact goes to a foreclosure sale, the bank generally buys it back on the courthouse steps and then places it on the market with a real estate company. I will see what I can find out for you. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to call on me for more information.

Hi Phil,
You need to get an agent in Jax to see if it is listed, but their is no exact address so that will be difficult. RealtyTrac shows everything under foreclosure and the only way to get more info is to pay their fee. I think they have a 10 day free trial so you can see the address and then contact an agent, if so and you are that interested, go for it. I would bet that by the time you find out anything though the house will be through the foreclosure process.
If you are interested in finding something for investment or to live in, I would recommend you get in touch with an agent and talk to them about what you are looking for.

They can then email you everything on the market that is actually available to purchase and help guide you through the purchase.

Good luck, hope this helps...
