Looking for an Accredited Buyer Representative (REALTOR®) with lots of patience.

Area: WEST or NORTHWEST close to I-10 x 610 or BW8 or HWY6, 290 x 610 or BW8 or HWY6, I-45 x 610 (not BW8) - must be easy to commute to Galleria (the closer, the better) as well as access to I-45 North.
Total Price: (I need everything - tax, insurance, etc. included in this total.) up to $180,000.
Built: New or close to new (couple years old). Foreclosure - must be able to inspect the house.
Type: Single Family (the best), Townhouse (free standing only), Condo
"MUST": at least 3 bedrooms (4 is better), at least 2 baths (2 and half is better), 2-car garage, close to highways
"NEGOTIABLE": 2 stories(single family), big yard (single family) or nice outside area (condo), lots of storage spaces.
HOPE: window in the kitchen, master-down (if it is 2-story), closet NOT in the bathroom, large (deep) bath tub, No or less wood showing outside, energy efficient, wire ready for home theater system.
Time: Must find by the end of May. Hope to move in at the end of July.

I am not and ABR but I think your question could start a great conversation. Personally I am a Certified EcoBroker and CGP (Certified Green Professional) focusing on helping Buyers and Sellers with Energy Efficient and Healthier Homes.

As a buyer, what was your motivation in finding an Accredited Buyer Representative?

As Real Estate Professionals we have conversations quite often on what Designations are important to prospective clients. I would love to hear your input on that.
