I've included a link below to current info about the property. Another thing is, if the seller does not owe any monies on the mobile home, a seller carried loan is not unheard of. You would want to use a local escrow company such as Pacific Trust Escrow to handle this type of transaction, as they have an escrow officer who specializes in mobile home escrows.

Do know not all lenders lend on mobile homes, even though many will say they do. Rates are often higher on mobile homes. Often terms are less thatn 30 years. If the mobile is pre-HUD, then more may be required for the down. There is a lot to know about mobile home ownership.

You can obtain a loan on a used mobile home based on the age of the home. It cannot be before I think it is 1979 or so.
