Hi Angelina,

Wow I love this little home! It has great soaring ceilings and skylights, cute old beachy kitchen. Really cute! In good shape too. I've shown it a couple of really feels larger than the 1064 sq.ft. it actually is, probably because it's single story without much wasted space in halls....

I'd be happy to show it to you buyers have passed because of the one bathroom....but I'd love to work on this house with someone!

Let me know if you'd like more information or schedule a showing.

Hi there Anelina, this property is cancelled in escrow. Previous buyer did not perform I guess as per the listing agent. Technically the wording needs to be noted as subject to cancellation of existing escrow.
It is available and if you are interested in seeing this home or making an offer please let me know.

Kind Regards

This property is actively for sale and an offer could be made now.
IIt is a great little unit in a private part of the community - extra non-reserved parking nearby. and although the garage is not attached its only a couple of steps from the back door.
