Home Buying in Buena Park>Question Details

Anurag, Home Buyer in Hemet, CA

Is this the right time buy the house buena park? Iknow the prices are falling, the only issue i have is that

Asked by Anurag, Hemet, CA Sun Apr 20, 2008

how long this will keep on falling? If i buy a property for 375k, is there a chance that that property price will drop till 200K. If that is so, it may be bad for me, as it won't get back to 375K in next five to seven years..

Hi Anurag,

Our office is on Beach and I think Buena Park is the best kept secret in Orange County. The way I am selling these foreclosures in the area, I am not seeing these properties going down any further. I am getting multiple offers and closing them in their designated number of days in escrow. Please do not hesitate because in the blink of an eye, these deals maybe gone as the banks are selling these properties in other non-conventional ways like auction and bulk sales. Please call me or e-mail if you are really looking hard in Buena Park.

All the best to you,

Dear Home Buyer,

No one knows when the bottom will hit, dare we say it was yesterday. Most likely it isn't, that is for sure. The purchase and investment into a home for you or your family is most likely the largest investment of your life, wouldn't you agree? Obviously, there are several serious questions that need to discussed, right? Like, how long do you plan to live there? What can you afford & is your job secure during an economic downturn?

Naturally there are many professionals like myself who can offer you advice and, you would like a sound board to bounce issues off of, correct? Call me to day to receive, free of obligation, my 20 point Home Buyer Questionnaire.

Best regards,

You are correct in your assumption, but no one has a crystal ball and can predict the future. The best answer that I can give you is to purchase a home that you can afford right now. Hopefully you will plan to live in it for the next five years and move on with your life. If your not in a hurry to purchase or don't really need a home for tax purposes, more room for our family, or other pressing reasons, my crystal ball says "Wait until the end of the year."
If you need anything else my crystal ball services are at your disposal! Please don't forget to visit my website and create your own home search.
