I thought I'd provide you with a little more information regarding your inquiry about Del Webb developments. We have two Sun City golf communities here in the desert and two other popular 55+ golf communities.
The original Del Webb Sun City is fully built out with 5000 homes. Current resale prices range from $215,000 to $990,000 and the HOA dues are $210 per month. Those dues support all common areas, 24 hour security at gate, the beautiful clubhouse and front yard maintenance.
Del Webb was purchased by Pulte Homes a few years ago and they are now building the Sun City Shadow Hills golf course community in North Indio, near the original Sun City. Resale prices there are $237,500 to $649,000. At final build out there will be 3300 homes and 2 clubhouses. HOA fees are $214.
Additionally, you can purchase a new home from several models available ranging from $241,000 to $491,000. These homes come with all stainless steel kitchen applicances, granite countertops, and tiled entries, kitchen & baths. The sales office is currently offering some great incentives for new home buyers and I can put you in touch with a sales representative that I work with if you would like more information.
Next is Heritage Palms Country Club a little further south from the Sun City Communities. This is an equity golf club with some beautiful mountain views, which all of our golf course communities offer. Resale prices are $279,000 to $659,000 with 1004 homes and HOA dues of $250.
Not to be left out, La Quinta has the beautiful Shea Homes community called Trilogy with breathtaking views of the mountains. Resale pricing is $299,000 to $950,000 with HOA fees of $267. Upon completion of building, there will be 1200 homes. They are currently taking orders for homes in their last phase and are also offering some great incentives.
