Hi Hong,

I have a great system which will allow you to watch the market....you can see homes the minute they hit the MLS since the site is linked to the MLS!! Here is an example of one I have set up for Mission Viejo:

If you would like to have a personal search like this..shoot me an email and I'll get you one with your specific criteria. This way you can save listings, make notes or ask me questions directly from the site.

Hope this helps.

Hi Hong,

This property entered escrow on April 1 after onl;y 15 days on the market. You need the service of a Real Estate professional that specializes in working with buyers to help you stay on top of the market so that you can take advantage of the next deal like this that comes along. That means being pre-approved for your loan and having proof or funds to close the deal ready as well as a check for a good faith deposit.

That said, this property is accepting back up offers at this time. This means the contract contingencies have not been removed by the buyer, so there is still a chance that the deal will fall through and a back up offer could step up and get the deal.

Good luck,

Bill
