Hello Ken!

This is a fabulous home and my Firm, HM Properties, has the listing. It is a Builder's personal residence and it is a stunning home! It is located right off Queens Road West which is one of the most desired streets in Charlotte in Myers Park. In fact this home won the 2003 Myers Park Renovation of the Year. I know this is a possible short sale so it quite possibly could be a fabulous deal.

The 2008 tax bill was $8,517.

My Firm has another listing (new construction) just around the corner from this Listing and I would love to send you the information. Please let me know if that would suit you!

Best,

Hi Ken,

The Mecklenburg tax records show the annual taxes to be $8517. The tax value is based on a value of $651,900. Please know that at some point the county will go through a tax reevaluation and the property will be reassessed. The county put it off this year because of the current state of the economy.

If you would like more information on this property or if I may help you with your search, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards,

The property taxes are as follows:
City .4586 per $100
County .8387 per $100
Total 1.2973 per $100
Take value of the property, divide by 100 and multiply by the above rates.

I'd love to talk to you about property in Charlotte. I actually live near Princeton Avenue. I have lived in the Myers Park /Eastover area all 58 years of my life...Suzanne Coddington 704-589-7172
