Hi Dina, Tracy is not different than most Central Valley cities, while it does have areas that are higher in crime than others; overall it offers a great place to raise kids and is most certainly family oriented. Now for the bad part, your commute to Menlo Park is a minimum of 2 hours during most commute times. It's a grind, through 4 or 5 major traffic bottlenecks. Think this over and let me know if you would like to get more specific, I have over 300 Agents in my company and would be happy to recommend one to address your specific needs.
