I checked public records and there has been no settlement recorded, however, reporting has not always been required. Although they would not necessarily have specific knowledge, if the bank or agent were aware of settlement issues, they would be required to disclose it. If you were not aware, this home is also an AE flood zone which would require flood insurance if you were getting a mortgage.

Based upon the listing - it doesn't look like it but you would have to go see the property to do a visual inspection and check the insurance history with your insurance agent. The bank will have no material knowledge of the property and the listing agent will make no guarantees. It doesn't seem like the house will go FHA or VA so you may have to pay cash or conventional. Contact me if you would like a copy of the listing.

Good luck.

hi pj
Nothing is showing on the county records as a sinkhole property or on the listing.
What makes you think its a sink hole property.
Its bank owned so they dont know the condition of the house, so they dont have to disclose if they dont know.
Check with your insurance agent about the history of the property.
If you like an inspector that knows i know several.
Good luck
