Hey Marcelo,

The link that you've posted does not bring up enough information to locate the home in question. There is only one home currently "Active" on the MLS and it's the one that Rocky mentioned earlier. However, that home is listed as a Short Sale for $125,000.

Perhaps the link is incorrect or outdated?

If you are looking for a home in a specific like near Lincoln Elem, the I also suggest as George did and find a good Realtor that you trust and put them to work in finding you a nice home in that area and assisting you in getting preapproved for your financing so when you find the home you're interested in, then you'll be ready to make the best offer you can.

Good luck in your searching!

Marcelo,

There are many houses near Lincoln Elementary School to choose from however, to get in the game, you should have an agent who can work with you and get you this information and find a home for you. Also, until you are pre-approved for a loan, it is a waste of time as you don't know what you can afford. If pre-approved, you should have an agent.

It appears that you don't have an agent and I would suggest, if serious, that you get pre-approved first and then chose an agent from this site to assist you. Good luck to you!!
