Is Columbus Ave in Roxbury, around the 600's a bad neighbhorhood??

I went to Northeastern and agree with the other respondants. It's a great and still up and coming area! You'll enjoy it!

I meant to post this one too ... There are a bunch of units for sale in this loft conversion that are very nice. They are on northampton street which crosses over near the 600's on Columbus:

The 600's on columbus ave are right on the edge of the south end. Mass Ave has been the unofficial border for what people consider to be the "nicer part" of the neighborhood. However, the south end has seen an incredible boost in property values over the last 3 years and if it continues on this up-swing those on the other side of Mass Ave will continue to see this same value boost. I don't see anything on the market with a 600+ Columbus avenue address but i do see a couple close to that, the cheapest being this one:


And these two properties that are closest in proximity to the 600 address are much more expensive and larger:
