I use to live in Columbia along time ago so are they looking for the college crowd to rent to around USC or what is the market they are after? I do not remember Columbia being a real tourist hot spot. It may have changed recently but, just curious as to their market unless they want military for over near Ft. Jackson. If they are dead set on Columbia and know where they want to be get a local realtor to help I can refer one but, if they are still undecided and are researching the areas then get Marian to help.
