Doug gave you the answer to that one! But Buyer beware! I have some clients that have about 30 acres of lakefront property on Lake Travis who have been chosen as a possible eminent domain site for a newly planned sewer line! They tell me that they are about 1 of 8, so before you go writing anonymous letters courting the buyer to sell, I though you might want to know that! If you want a local ambassador for your attempts give us a call! Janae Oliver is our Lake Travis/Dripping Springs specialist and she has negotiated about 10 land deals out there in that last year, I know she can get the job done! Good Luck!

go to traviscad.org and see if it helps. It's the tax record.

You probably need to find it on the county appraisal district maps first then you can find the name of the owner for that parcel. If it is in Travis county you can try http://www.traviscad.org/ .
