Lillian,

Exciting News! The Tilden property has been reduced to $749K. Additionally, the property qualifies for the recently adopted California new home construction tax credit. If you are a first-time buyer, you can also qualify for a federal tax credit.

Lilian,

Many of my Culver City buyers are asking the same thing! The answers is that some buyers are attracted to properties that are new, pretty and never before lived in. The Mediterranean style Tilden Townhomes are new construction (built in 2008) and offer over 2,000 square feet of living space with private garages.

Last October 2 of the larger 3-bedroom units sold for $835K and $815K respectively. During the same month, a 2-bedroom unit comparable to the unit you are inquiring about sold for $760K.

Also, keep in mind that the listing states, "Bring all offers!" Thus, the developers are ready to make a deal!

Please contact me if you need any additional information.
