Hello...could be any number of reasons for an overpriced home...seller requests to go high on the asking knowing a buyer will come in low, could have amazing upgrades, or located in a particular very desirable pocket or sought after school zone. Best bet is to do a drive by or get a viewing of the home and ask questions to the agent who reps the seller to find out the real reasons for the overpriced asking or, have your buyers agent do that. Hope that helps somewhat. If you have any other questions you can always email or call me at curside property. Thanks and happy home searching!
