Are there any new home communities in Pleasanton??? If so, what are the price ranges? I am looking for some

single house community that is between $700,000 to low $900,000....and where the sellers will be willing to negotiate a lower price...

Help the community by answering this question:

Not much in Pleasanton now, but lots in the east (Dublin Ranch) area of Dublin, where the schools are excellent and you are just about 5 minutes from Downtown Pleasanton. Ponderosa supposedly has some in the mid-$900,000s in Pleasanton, and I recently read about some new homes planned for the western hills starting around $1,500,000. In Dublin, though, Lennar, Toll and others are still building, with communities called Sorrento, Silvera Ranch, Verona. You could just do a search in yahoo real estate for NEW homes within a 5 mile radius of Pleasanton. Again, though, you may be better off buying a one or two year old house, with all the window coverings in, and a back yard already done. Good Luck!

Pleasanton is such a nice community. The market has stabilized and as of right now there are no MLS foreclosures posted in Pleasanton.

The market is a buyers market and Pleasanton home owners are as aggressive as other areas. They don't want to miss out on anything! Currently there are 60 homes listed on the MLS between the 700/900K range.

If you will email me with the specific goals and objectives such as bedrooms, baths, age size, and desired location I would be happy to provide you with further information.

Pleasanton is a wonderful place to buy, prices have stablized in the area and it continues to be a strong performer. It is a great community and a wise investment.
Currently there are no foreclosures in Pleasanton but a review on the MLS there are currently 60 homes between the 700/900K range on the market.

To better serve you give me some ideas of your requirements as far as numbers of bedroom, size of home, desired location, and age.

Please feel free to contact me if I can be of any help.
