Mark,

I am a realtor and have noticed there are many properties for rent that are not listed with an agent so Craig's list is alwas a good place to check. Have you thought about where you want to eventually settle? I don't know if you have any school age children but it would be nice if they didn't have to change school again in 6 months.

I live in the Kensington/Bethesda/Chevy Chase area. I see places for rent with signs out front but not listed anywhere. If you are interested in that area let me know and I will keep my eyer open.

Hi Mark, welcome to the DC area and congrats on your new position!
Would you prefer to stay in the District near metro access or would a home in the suburbs of MD near metro suit you and your family better?
I'm confident I can find you something farely swiftly. I just placed a woman and her family in a short term 3 month lease last week in Bowie, MD. I'm licensed in both DC and MD. I can be reached directly on 202-528-1642 or email trent2000@msn.com.

I have listing on a single family home in Chevy Chase, Maryland that's available on a short-term basis. What's your price range? Will you be visiting soon to arrange a tour?

Hi, Executive Housing helps people who need temporary housing. The phone number is (301) 951-4111. Also Highland House in Chevy Chase, MD (right over the DC line and walking distance to red line metro) has short term housing. Do you need something furnished or unfurnished? There are some other places I can recommend. If you are interested, please give me a call. My cell phone is (202) 251-8400. You can also e-mail me at: michelle@buckmanrealtor.com.
