WOW what a great property I investigated 3 years of history of these units found NO HOA dues posted in MLS however odds are small HOA , although RJ states spoke with listing agent.

These units have common areas, roof and etc, I cant imagine zero HOA if so what a deal !

I spoke to the listing agent and there is no HOA. There are four units in this building and there are no fees.

I don't see any listed, but I'll guess there are some. Normally about $175-$225/month on this type of property. Could be more due to low number of units.

I have a couple of similar units for sale in Irving and dues are about $130-$170.

The listing shows to have no HOA dues I will double check that with the listing agent and repost. If you are any unrepresented buyer I would love to show you this property or any others you are interested in and when working with me I rebate 20% of my commission to my buyers after closing.
